How to Change or Cancel an Order
Once an order is placed online, you may cancel or change
your order by contacting us at Customer Service
We will do our best to stop or change your shipment,
however shipments are fulfilled in real-time and we may not
be able to stop or change the order.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, simply email us at CustServ@EscapadeDirect.com. We will need your order number and the name on the order so we can cancel your order.
Please note that we process orders very quickly after they have been received, sometimes within minutes!
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be returned according to our Returns and Exchange Policy. When you receive the shipment, you will need to send it back using your own shipping method. Orders that are refused delivery on the receivers end, will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charge for the delivery.
HOW TO CHANGE AN ORDER
You may change an order, provided that your order has not shipped. Shipping charges may increase depending on the order total. To add products to your order, please contact us at Customer Service.
Please note, however, that we ship orders very quickly. If your order has already shipped, you are always welcome to place another order online.
