Shipping Information Orders placed for shipment within the United States are shipped Parcel Post, Media Mail, Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service, or via UPS.

Return Policy If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, simply return the item to us in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Please make sure to include a copy of the packing list that came in your package to ensure proper credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-returnable. Computer software and audio books may be returned only if they are unopened and in resalable condition. Defective software or audio books may be exchanged for an identical item. If you receive an item that was damaged through the post office, please report this to us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please keep the original shipping carton that shows the damage. Immediately upon shipping your order, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track your packages at United States Post Office or at United Parcel Service (UPS). Q. I did not receive a shipping confirmation email. What should I do? A. We send both an order confirmation email immediately after an order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email immediately after an order is shipped.
