Refunds You may expect to receive your refund within 10-14 days from the date your return is sent to us. This includes time for us to receive the return from the shipper, time to process the return, and time for a credit to be processed. Many refunds are processed in less time.
EXCHANGES You may exchange an item within the first 30 days from the date of the sale. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, insurance, duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments, including defective products. Please Note: If the replacement item price is more than that of the item being returned, you are responsible for the difference in price. Please completely fill out the Method of Payment portion in Section 4 on the Return/Exchange Form - including your credit card number, expiration date, signature, and printed name. Your credit card will be charged for the difference/overage. If the replacement item price is less than that of the item being returned, the difference in price will be issued as a credit to the original method of payment. If the item was a gift, the difference will be issued as a store credit torward a future purchase at EscapadeDirect.com, in the form of a gift certificate. No cash/credit card refunds are given to gift recipients. We will do our best to process all exchanges as quick as possible, please allow 10-15 days for an exchange to be sent. Please Note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, in the original packaging with all packaging complete, otherwise a credit will not be issued. DAMAGED ITEMS If an order arrives damaged, please report this to us within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping carton that shows the damage. We will replace damaged goods at minimal inconvenience to you. We cannot be responsible for damaged items not reported to us within three (3) days of delivery. DEFECTIVE ITEMS Items that are defective from the manufacturer must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon return, we will inspect defective items for final determination of defect or abuse. Items that have been abused, are not considered defective, and the sale of those items is considered final.
