TERMS:

Our business terms to public schools and institutions are net 30 days with a valid purchase order, F.O.B. Harris, Minnesota, or shipping point.



SHIPPING:

• Please add 10% to your purchase total to cover shipping and handling within the contiguous United States. If the actual shipping charge is less than 10% of your purchase total, you will be charged actual shipping instead of the 10% charge.
  
  
• A minimum shipping fee of $6.75 applies.
  
  
• For orders outside the contiguous United States, actual shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.
  
  
• Additional fees may apply for express shipping.
  
  
• Our FREE Shipping offer is available with prepaid orders only. Orders placed with Net 30 terms do not qualify for free shipping.

SUBMITTING A PURCHASE ORDER:

There are three ways you can submit your purchase order:

All purchase Orders must include:

• A Purchase Order Number;
• Date of Order;
• Name and Phone Number of a contact person (in case we have any questions);
• Shipping Address;
• Billing Address;
• An authorized signature.

We reserve the right to ask for credit references on Purchase Orders.



DISCOUNTS:

We offer a 10% discount on orders over $1000 for accredited educational institutions and non-profit groups. In order to receive this discount, the order must be prepaid before the order ships. Our regular prices are discounted below suggested retail prices, so you save money everyday!
