TERMS:

Our business terms to public schools and institutions are net 30 days with a valid purchase order, F.O.B. Harris, Minnesota, or shipping point.



SHIPPING:

• Please add 10% to your purchase total to cover shipping and handling within the contiguous United States. If the actual shipping charge is less than 10% of your purchase total, you will be charged actual shipping instead of the 10% charge.
  
  
• A minimum shipping fee of $6.75 applies.
  
  
• For orders outside the contiguous United States, actual shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.
  
  
• Additional fees may apply for express shipping.
  
  
• Our FREE Shipping offer is available with prepaid orders only (click link for offer details). Orders placed with Net 30 terms do not qualify for free shipping.

SUBMITTING A PURCHASE ORDER:

There are three ways you can submit your purchase order:

All purchase Orders must include:

• A Purchase Order Number;
• Date of Order;
• Name and Phone Number of a contact person (in case we have any questions);
• Shipping Address;
• Billing Address;
• An authorized signature.

We reserve the right to ask for credit references on Purchase Orders.



DISCOUNTS:

Depending on the size of your order, we may be able to offer you free freight on your order. Please contact our business office for more information.
